Here's how to access Handrail if your company is using SSO to sign in.
Organizations that use Handrail have the option of using SSO. This allows team members to use a single set of credentials (username and password) to sign in to multiple applications, including Handrail.
To sign into Handrail using SSO:
1. Follow the "Sign in with SSO" link on the Handrail "Sign In" page.
2. The link will take you to another page where you can enter your work email address.
3. Once you enter your work email address and select "Continue to sign in", you will be taken to your organization's SSO sign in page. Enter the username and password that you use to log into all other SSO-enabled applications. You should now be logged into Handrail using SSO.
